SURGERY.
In some cases only surgical operation can allow to preserve the tooth or create conditions for its further complete prosthesis, including the implantation, as well as to preserve intact (teeth) neighbouring healthy teeth. Surgical operations are held in “DENT-IN” with the above mentioned aim. Thanks to the excellent technical support of the surgery due to the causes, highly-trained specialists conduct operations of tooth preservation (as well as ablation, premolarization etc.); tooth removal of any complexity, removal of the non-malignant growth of bone and soft tissues, hold patchy parodontological and bone-plastic operations aimed at restoration of alveolar bone width and height (as well as lifting of the upper jaw sinus bottom –sinus lifting), using up to date technology and certified materials and deepen the oral cavity atrium.

1. Atypical extraction
Switching to a soft meal and some other factors historically led to the dropping of jaw size that’s why very often there are situations when the third root teeth (so-called "wisdom tooth") is in a sealed space for efficient eruption and effective food chewing. Unfortunately, poor hygiene of that area, constant pressure on a second root tooth, orthodontic problems lead to the chronic inflammation which may require in case of exacerbation emergency surgery or even a hospital treatment. However, if to clench the matter in time, in favor of tooth extraction, it allows avoiding many problems with minimum loss of time, nerves and your own health.

2. Periodontology
More than 85% of people of the world know about periodontal diseases on their own experience. But conservative treatment is not always effective. In such cases we use a variety of techniques aimed at the improvement of hygiene which expands bone tissue, and periodontal tissue functioning normalization.

3. Augmentation (building-up) of dental arch
During the first year after the removal of tooth dynamic resorption of the particular part of the bone where they were situated is taking place. This process can proceed humbly but quickly, especially if overdenture restorations or fixed dentures constructions (prosthetic bridge) were used. Nevertheless as a result, many people can face the problem of bone tissue lack, which lead to the loss of bite height, emergence of pathological pockets of the tooth strongholds, poor fixation of dentures even after their rebasing, and impossibility of implantation.

4. Implantation
Nowadays one of the obligatory favors which are offered on the market of dental aid is implantation service. Only this service allows fully restore mastication load and esthetic compile of implantation as well. Implants came into general use along with whitening and veneers. Long history of its using and statistics is indicative of long-term functioning and prostheses safety with anchorage on implants. 5. Apicectomy(exsection) with retrograde filling
The main goal of any endodontic treatment is to prevent admission of microorganisms and products of their life activity from root canal in the surrounded tissues. But poorly treated before teeth, with curved canals and tool splinters in them lead to cysts and blind abscess (granuloma) formation. While growing, these buildups destroy bone tissue involving in this process adjacent tooth. And then again surgery comes to help us. Cystectomy (cyst excision) with a part of root connected with it and the further root filling through the operative wound allows to close passage opening area safely and to avoid recidivation.

6. Sinus-lift
A characterized feature of the maxillary bone is the presence of the auriferous sinus called the maxillary sinus. Prolonged absence of teeth, bone tissue in this zone for fixation of fixed dentures is not enough. Operation uplifting mucosa in the bottom of the sinus to increase the volume of bone tissue gets its name sinus lift.
